I offer Classical Rolf Method of Structural Integration and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Ayurvedic Consultation, and Visceral Manipulation.

RolfYoga

Combining Structural Integration and yoga asana, this practice was developed in 2009 while living and working in Austin, TX, after I graduated from The Guild for Structural Integration.

RolfYoga teaches you how to effortlessly be in your body and is ideally paired with the 10 Series Structural Integration series.

At the heart of my practice is a joy and commitment to providing evidence-based health services that empower individuals to make informed decisions. I offer trauma-informed structural bodywork and movement to both humans and canines.

I hold practices in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico. I am available for speaking engagements, mentoring bodyworkers/yoga teachers, and those interested in animal welfare and therapeutic services.

I am currently enrolled with The London College for Animal Osteopathy, working towards a Diploma in Canine Manual Osteopathy and The Waldrup Somatic Method program.
