Healing Arts

I offer the Classical Rolf Method of Structural Integration, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation.

Sessions are all booked by me via email, text, or phone call. Sessions run up to 90 minutes. I do not work by the hour; I work by the session.

I offer packages for couples as well as packages for those with animals who would like Somatic work for their animals as well - that is called ‘Fido and Me’.

RolfYoga

Combining Structural Integration and yoga asana, this practice was developed in 2009 while living and working in Austin, TX, after I graduated from The Guild for Structural Integration, seeing a need to bring form into function.

The “what’s next?” solution for during or after your 10 Series Structural Integration process.

RolfYoga teaches you how to effortlessly be in your body and is ideally paired with the 10 Series Structural Integration series.

I teach one-on-one, online, and offer two classes per month online to the public.

Mentoring

My mentoring offer is for the person coming into the field of the healing arts, movement, or the canine world as a therapist. My extensive background in both offers new practitioners a rich and helpful base as a place to start. Or for the seasoned practitioner who is looking for some career guidance or clarity on their possibly changing path.

We are always learning.. I find great enjoyment in helping others along that journey.

What we bring not only helps others heal, it brings us healing as well.

At the heart of my practice is a joy and commitment to providing evidence-based health services that empower individuals to make informed decisions. I offer trauma-informed structural bodywork and movement to both humans and canines.

I hold practices in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico. I am available for speaking engagements, mentoring bodyworkers/yoga teachers, and those interested in animal welfare and therapeutic services.

I am currently enrolled with The London College for Animal Osteopathy, working towards a Diploma in Canine Manual Osteopathy and The Waldrup Somatic Method program.
